National Night Out and Community Resource Fair

At this event you can only pass out flyers and informational brochures, gather contacts, provide samples and collect information for free drawings. There is to be NO SELLING at this event. This is designed to make connections within our community. This event is free to participate in but you must fill out an application form and provide your own set up including but not limited to tables, chairs, canopy etc. and be willing to share information about our event in the form of you print flyers and on your Facebook pages and websites. Donations will be accepted to help cover cost of printing etc. Each area will be approximately 10’ x 10’ and will be an assigned location. This year we are encouraging participants to demonstrate something from their booth. This will bring more individuals into your booth and have a positive impact on the community.
